Job Description

We are looking for talents who are passionate in contributing to the community care sector and enjoy working in a fast moving, energetic and results oriented environment. The candidate will need exceptional initiative, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task and work creatively. 

Job Description

  • Support quality improvement and process optimization initiatives
  • Assist to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Support project planning, stakeholder management and drafting reports to management
  • Drive implementation of multiple projects concurrently across the division.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand various key work processes, gain better insight into a business problem and formulate data-driven approaches to resolving them, analyze and draw conclusions for presentation to management
  • Support any operational resilience or business continuity and risk management activities
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Advance knowledge base in business process analysis, project management and healthcare digital strategy

 

Qualification

  • Undergraduate degree, majoring in any course
  • Interest and passion to contribute to the healthcare (community care) sector at large
  • Proficient in Google Suite or MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and projects.
  • Able to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking
