1. Compilation of services and service fees for Home Care and Day Care 
2. Private market study - Research (i.e. Home Care providers in Singapore: compile their services and pricing)
3. Initiate some new services based on the research of what the competition is doing.
4. Work with experienced colleagues to reposition brands 
5. Facilitate with the piloting of new projects
6. Ad-hoc administrative work
