Job Description

Main Working Location: NTUC Health Chai Chee Nursing Home, 35 Chai Chee St, Singapore 468984

The incumbent will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient human resource generalist function that is aligned with departmental and company strategic goals. 

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR policies, procedures and deliver robust HR delivery among the business units by working closely with Shared Services, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams
  • Manage HR functions pertaining to staff on-boarding, orientation, performance appraisal exercise, exit procedures and foreign worker management
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, training and disciplinary actions)
  • Involve in strategic HR planning and provide recommendations to line management
  • Develop insightful presentation derived from data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualisation tools
  • Provide support employee engagement activities (engagement survey, 360 feedback) to motivate employees to deliver superior performance and fulfillment of organisational requirements
  • Support in HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement and recognition programmes
  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Min. 5 years’ experience specializing in Human Resource
  • Strong HR operational background and broad knowledge of HR good practices, policies and procedures 
  • Good knowledge and understanding of local employment laws
  • Good problem solving, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Team player and agile thinker
