Job Description

The intern will be responsible for supporting APMA Regional Supply Chain in completing requirements. Detail tasks are as below: 

-       Check the KPI data, ensure consolidation of information are aligned with actual data 

-       Prepare and check templates for Sandoz APMA Countries to provide their inputs

-       Monitor and track timely submission of data / reports from APMA Countries

-       Maintain and update the data / information in Sharepoint

-       Ad hoc tasks assigned by regional SCM manager

The intern will gain hands on experience in multiple facets of the pharmaceutical industry including: 

-       Pharmaceutical products supply process 

-       Performance monitoring in supply chain functions

-       Finance process and control in manufacturing industry

-       Management and coordination as regional office


Additional Information:

Training will be provided during the first week of internship and on an ongoing as-needed basis.


Internship Period:

End Mar 2019 – June 2019


Min. Requirements:

- A Level, Polytechnic or University students; preferably in Business Management, Logistics Management, Finance & Accounting etc.

- Should possess a keen interest to learn, and is meticulous

 Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Good at data analysis.
