Job Description

Title: Project Coordinator

Report to: Senior Medical Advisor / Medical Director

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Novartis Managed Access Program to provide access to investigational drug on patient basis for life-threatening disease
  • Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely drug supply to the hospitals
  • Assist in completion of P3 checklist and submission into the system
  • Any other relevant tasks by the Medical Affairs team

Requirements:

  • Graduate with Masters in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Nursing
  • Fresh graduates with an internship background in Medical Affairs may also apply
  • Able to commit on a part-time basis (1 year contract)
  • Able to work as an integral part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
