- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to better understand the overall Real Estate & Facility Services (REFS) strategy.

- Exposure in partner teams in areas of portfolio management, on-site facilities management and project management.

- Drive the events calendar planning and communications format with HOST Team.

- Support implementation of REFS driven program and continuous improvement initiatives within the region.

- Provide support in tracking and analytics of Proof of Concept initiatives within the region.

- Participate actively in sustainability related initiative.

Requirements: 

- Education background in Real Estate or Project Facilities Management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Highly committed, passionate and positive attitude towards learning.

- Ability to handle multiple requests and work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work.

- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across diverse cultures.
