Accounts Assistant (Part-time)
Objective of role
- Perform all accounting and administrative work in support of Finance department
- Assist Finance department on month end closing
Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day collection receipts from all retail outlets
- Keying, checking and posting of transactions
- Perform daily reconciliation of sales: Sales/Receipt/Bank.
- Assist in bank-in of cash and cheque collections
- Maintain up-to-date accurate billing and collection status
- Receive and verify supplier invoices
- Maintain proper filing system
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI/ equivalents qualification
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
- Independent, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to multitask
- A good team player, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with retail industry will be preferred
- Experience with Navision is an advantage
