Today, No Signboard Seafood owns and operates three restaurants which are strategically located at the iconic places across Singapore such as Esplanade, Clarke Quay and VivoCity.
- Responsible for the effective operational management of the restaurant
- Oversees the effective development & performance management of employees
- Induct, mentor & train junior staff to achieve guest satisfaction
- Enhance customer service quality by ensuring action plans are carried out
- Handle customer complaints with care & provide service recovery options
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field
- Able to converse in English & Mandarin eloquently
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
