Responsibilities:
- To establish and secure the connection with newly onboard employees/ clients
- To provide customer service and help desk support to our clients in Singapore and the region
- Onboarding of clients’ employees into our HRIS- Juztalent after the sales/recruitment team secure the deals
- Prepare Letter of Appointment for contractor employees
- Answering of in-bound phone and e-mail enquiries
- Work Pass application
- Any other HR related tasks
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Those who do not have previous experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided
- Effective communicator and a great problem-solver
- People and customer oriented as this job require regular communication with clients
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
