Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will be required to work with and support the team in planning and execution of the outreach programs.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive coordinator with interest in performance, possess strong interpersonal, creative and organisation skills.

(i) Responsibilities
- on the ground activation to ensure smooth running of the outreach programs
- liaise and communicate with the various stakeholders to promote the outreach programs
- manage and coordinate schedule of outreach programs
- manage and coordinate manpower schedule
- prepare post-program report
- maintain costumes and props inventory

(ii) Requirements
- committed individual who is proactive and self-motivated, display positive attitude and punctuality
- strong interpersonal and organisation skills, and is meticulous in their work
- strong communication and problem solving skills
- proficiency in Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom
