Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior staff in addressing client queries
- Communicate client needs to appropriate team members
- Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff
- Manages pipeline, tracks capacity and resourcing in cooperation with functional leads to make sure smooth project execution and elimination of under- or over-allocation
- Coordinates, monitors and controls the execution of the project plan amongst the team members to make sure a project produces all required deliverables, within the specified constraints of time and scope
- Be directly accountable for work conducted
