Job Description

Senior Executive - Consumer Insights (6 Months Contract)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Play a bigger contribution role in delivery of projects including the design of questionnaire, analytical plan and report
  • Developing the first draft for manager to review
  • Provide client servicing on more advanced questions and continue to build industry knowledge to gain expertise
  • For projects without Project Management team involvement, SRE is to manage the project across all key stages (Pre-field, in-field and post field)
  • For above, SRE is also to manage relevant stimuli, fieldwork briefing & de-briefing
  • fieldwork observation (when required), providing timely & regular updates to client
  • Pr-active in addressing any possible red-flags, take initiative in finding/providing solutions to any issues
  • Prepare relevant cdeframe for coders in consultation with Manager based on all verbatims
  • Final raw data preparation for submission to Data Processing team
  • Prepare tabulation specs, the right charting template and submit to Data Processing team/ Chartist.
  • Conduct verbal presentation of the findings, either partial or full presentation to the client
  • Take initiative in seeking resources/assistance, make corrections while ensuring the project executed within the schedule timeline and budget
  • Participate in regular review/feedback of systems, procedures and any operation concerns with the end goal of improving productivity and cost efficiency
  • Provide coaching & guidance to juniors in relevant project management topics
  • Perform other related functions that may be assigned
  • Drive overall client satisfaction to achieve high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and a high performing team environment.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6 month contract role
  • Minimum 2 years of quantitative research experience in a market research agency.
  • Strong command of both verbal and written English is a MUST.
  • Strong command of cross tabulation tool (e.g. SPSS) is a bonus.
  • Background or experience in Social Media marketing/ monitoring (especially on the below tasks) is a plus
  • Identifying valuable metrics, KPIs, and social media benchmarks; provide metrics that matter, in context 
  • Create and provide  ad-hoc sentiment and performance reports surrounding key initiatives 
  • Pull and interpret data from social listening tools including volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, influencers, etc. 
  • Develop quantitative analyses, custom models and ad hoc reports to effectively monitor
