Job Description
You will assist in valuation and transaction support services of valuation work, financial due diligence assignments and related Mergers & Acquisitions transaction support engagements.
- Participates in financial due diligence activities, pre-IPO assessments on pending M&A transactions and corporate restructurings in South-east Asia;
- Conducts independent valuation for businesses, tangible, intangible assets and financial instruments includes equity and debt securities for financial reporting compliance, corporate restructuring and financial advisory;
- Prepares and reviews impairment assessments on subsidiaries, tangible, intangible assets and financial instruments for financial reporting compliance;
- Assist in report preparations, proposals and internal presentations;
- Performs comparable publicly-traded company research; conduct analysis on competitive industries and financial conditions of peer companies;
- Train and lead junior staff which contribute to the development of own and team’s technical acumen;
Job requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Banking & Finance, Economics or equivalent professional qualifications
- Candidates with good academic background but with no experience are welcome
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Effectively bilingual
