Nexia TS was founded in 1993 by two experienced chartered accountants – Henry Tan and Sitoh Yih Pin. After working as managers for one of the international accounting firms, they saw a vision and an opportunity to establish their own organisation – not any accounting firm – but one which is unique in their personalised and well qualified expertise.

You will assist in valuation and transaction support services of valuation work, financial due diligence assignments and related Mergers & Acquisitions transaction support engagements.

• Participates in financial due diligence activities, pre-IPO assessments on pending M&A transactions and corporate restructurings in South-east Asia;
• Conducts independent valuation for businesses, tangible, intangible assets and financial instruments includes equity and debt securities for financial reporting compliance, corporate restructuring and financial advisory;
• Prepares and reviews impairment assessments on subsidiaries, tangible, intangible assets and financial instruments for financial reporting compliance;
• Assist in report preparations, proposals and internal presentations;
• Performs comparable publicly-traded company research; conduct analysis on competitive industries and financial conditions of peer companies;
• Train and lead junior staff which contribute to the development of own and team’s technical acumen;

Job requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Banking & Finance, Economics or equivalent professional qualifications
• Candidates with good academic background but with no experience are welcome
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Effectively bilingual
