Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer to grow our presence to the rest of South East Asia.

This role is highly client-facing with daily conversation, discussions and presentations to engineering consultants, operations managers, site technicians and building operators. In crafting a bespoke IT and engineering solution for the customer, the incumbent must be open-minded, able to trouble-shoot and think strategically. We are a startup with a globally recognised product. Marketing, communications and events will be a big role to bring in new Partners and Clients in the region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Manage existing / new customer's portfolio effectively.

2) Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by establishing good support and trust with customers.

3) Seek, identify, develop and explore new business opportunities.

4) Submitting quotations/proposals to customers in a timely and professional manner.

5) Attend site meetings, address customer concerns and provide good after-sales support.

Desired Skills are:

1) Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2) Minimum 2-4 years technical work experience.

3) Experience or interest in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Environmental Technologies.

4) Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

5) Driven and willing to learn new options/ offerings to fulfil customers’ requirements.

6) Knowledge in the HVAC system, Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services, and Building Services will be an added advantage.

7) Confident, customer-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.

This is full time job opportunity based in Central Singapore with the flexibility to work between 25-40 hours a week. Travel is expected about 2-3 times a year. We support continuous and professional development. Training and education opportunities will be offered. Due to hiring and quota restrictions, this role is only open to Singaporeans, Permanent Residents and Dependent Pass Holders.
