Attending to walk-in patients.
Patient registration, booking appointments, dispensing medicine, payment collection.
Taking vital signs (height/weight/blood pressure)
Performing clinical procedures (ECG and nebulizer)
Scheduling of appointments
Dispensing of medicine
Collection of payments
Replying to patients' enquiries
Processing of online medical claims
General housekeeping of the clinic
Management of consumable inventory
Any other duties assigned by the doctor on duty or the clinic manager
Requirement:
Must be able to work staggered shifts and weekends (closed on public holidays).
Able to multitask
More experienced candidates may be offered a senior position.
Phlebotomy experience will be advantageous.
Enjoys meeting people with a passion for quality customer service.
