New England Biolabs Pte Ltd – Product Specialist

NEB Singapore is a local subsidiary of New England Biolabs Inc , founded in 1974 in Massachusetts, USA.

The Singapore office has an internship position that can potentially be converted to full time job.

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the NEB product portfolio including technical aspects and marketing strategies
• Assist in providing support for all customer needs including account management in SAP, processing of customer orders, customer complaint resolution, pricing and availability, shipping and logistical support
• First level troubleshooting and applications support related to use of NEB products
• Maintain awareness of and report market trends and competitive tactics
• Recommend products to customers by understanding the customer applications and needs
• Work with Field Application Scientist and Field Account Managers to design, adapt and implement successful sales and marketing tactics for the region
• Work with Field Application Scientist to implement product trainings for key customers
• Work with General Manager to develop integrated digital marketing plans for product launches, marketing campaigns and website content and usability optimization
• Execute email campaigns, monthly email newsletters and lead best practice in email marketing, analytics and development
• Develop, test, execute and report on digital marketing efforts for lead growth, brand awareness, and increased market share
• Co-ordination of major conferences, trade displays, seminars
