Job Description

What you will do:

  • Engage in team & stakeholder discussions to help define problem space, analyse requirements and translate into functional & technical solution 
  • Assist Associate/Product Managers (APM/PM) to create product solutions for both internal and external end-users
  • Work with APMs/PMs by using data to understand internal and external users’ behaviours and performance of features; to determine impact and prioritisation
  • Assist APMs/PMs to create and maintain high-quality business analysis artifacts, including specifications, requirement documents, user story, wireframes, acceptance criteria etc.
  • Work with QA to participate in testing the solution to ensure quality of development and delivery of solution is met
  • Work with technical team & developers to ensure functional and technical specifications are documented and up to date
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with cross functional team and document action items, follow-up to drive resolution
  • Contribute to release communication/presentation around solution flow/status

What you will need:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or any other related field
  • Ability to understand data, draw insights on outcome from implementation 
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and be proactive
  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable to work with change in a dynamic environment
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).
  • Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week for more than 3 months are also welcome to apply
