Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team at NatSteel. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to work closely with the HR team on daily tasks, projects, and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR BP in collating updated job descriptions of employees
• Assist with the recruitment process for production workers
• Assist HR BP in conducting exit interviews for production workers
• Assist L&D in updating and maintaining competencies of employees
• Assist with training administration and support the Learning & Development (L&D) team
• Help prepare materials and translate documents to Chinese version when required
• Assist in conducting employees' event such as employees’ town hall and bursary event
• Perform ad-hoc HR duties or projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge or coursework in HR principles and practices.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
