Job Description
- Analyse Giving.sg data (campaigns, donations, volunteer opportunities) to generate insights
- Support development of CRM dashboards (Excel / Power BI where applicable)
- Assist in planning and execution of events (logistics, coordination, stakeholder support)
- Support preparation of reports, decks and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Provide operational support for CRM initiatives and cross-team projects
- Assist Account Managers with data preparation and engagement tracking
Qualifications
- Diploma / Undergraduate students
- Preferred fields: Business Analytics, Data Science, Business, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assignments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Other Information
Looking for candidates who can commit for 6 months, from August to December 2026.
