Job Description

About the job:

As an Influencer Community Manager Intern at Narrators, you will be reporting to the Revenue and Operations Lead. You will be responsible for the community functions in the region both internal and external. 

Key Responsibilities:

Improve and strengthen influencers recruitment processes:

  • Review and clean up the current community on the Narrators Platform.
  • Set and implement guidelines/standards for influencers recruitment on social media and communications for campaigns that are aligned with the brand's objectives.
  • Design internal process structure for the CCMs to respond to comments and Influencers' queries on time.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and campaign wrap up reviews with the AM
  • Propose or suggest add-on features on the platform to classify Influencers by category for an easier search for different campaign needs.
  • Design Training guide and Provide Quarterly Training - Conduct regular training to our AM, CCM or freelancer team - Influencers recruitment / Guide CCM to review contents with Influencers...
  • Be Creative - Provide guidance/review campaigns content submission from influencers - on engaging text, image, or video content for social media accounts.

 

Grown and develop our community:

  • Be part of the team to organize and participate in internal marketing drive to build community and boost brand awareness - Recruitment and retention of new Influencers.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Liaise with Development and Operations Team to stay updated on new products and features and market demand.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep familiarity with influencers landscape and ability to research and identify key KOLs in different segments.
  • Any relationships with influencers/talent or if you yourself are a KOL/talent would be a plus.
