- Job Description
- Perform data wipe for laptop/desktop/hard drive/printers and other peripherals
- User sign off after completion
- Attend and contact user based on the appointed schedule
- Send screenshot of sign off upon completion
- Liaise with admin for any reschedule or appointment not attended
- Liaise with admin for equipment collection
- Liaise with manager for any escalation
