• Setup, installation and deploying of computers
• Cloning/Imaging of laptop/desktop
• Email and phone communication with customer
• Station at customer’s office for IT support if required (if stationed, reporting will be at customer location)
• Performing IT Helpdesk support(Ticketing System, Remote Support, Onsite Support)
• Active directory user account management
• Provide administrative support in checklists/reports
• Perform computer hardware parts upgrades/replacement
