IT Engineer - Level 1
Responsibilities
• Liaise with Admin and Customer end users to schedule deployments of computers
• Deploy Existing/New Computers to users (interaction with end users)
• Migrate Data / Applications for users
• Data wipe for old computers
• Record Pictures/Documentations of work done/completed
• Asset Tagging and Inventory Check with proper documentations
• Perform helpdesk support (onsite/answer calls/emails)
• Reporting to team lead and admin
• Maintain security and confidentiality of company information
• Develop strong working relationships with management and administrative personnel for effective and smooth operations
• Complete any other tasks assign to you by Manager/Director• Singaporeans and PR only
