Grill Fish Assistant – Nakajima Suisan
Full-Time Salary: Up to $1600/month
Responsibility:
· Grill requested food items in accordance to customers’ specifications and pre-set recipes
· Manage portions of grilled food items and garnish them
· Wash cut vegetables prior to preparing them for cooking
· Ensure the all supplied items are of good quality and accurate quantity
· Label food items appropriately
· Check and recheck equipment temperature to ensure accuracy of order
· Maintain work area by cleaning and sanitizing constantly
· Clean and sanitize grilling and broiling equipment after use
· Ensure preventative and general maintenance of grilling equipment
· Make sure that food items are appropriately thawed before using
Pre-Requisites:
Working around dangerous equipment such as fryers, slicers and grills
Face paced environment
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Fish Cutter – Mr Sushi
Full-Time Salary: Up to $1500/month
Part-Time Salary: $7.5hrs - $8.5hrs
Responsibility:
· Cut, platter all varieties of seafood, fillet and debone Fish
· Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
· Responsible for proper inventory control and maximize product freshness and availability
Pre-Requisites:
· In-depth knowledge of fish trimming
· Demonstrated ability in knife handling and use of other cutting equipment
· Extensive knowledge of cutting techniques
· Able to stand for extended periods of time

Full-Time Salary: Up to $1500/month
Part-Time Salary: $7.5 hrs - $8.5 hrs
Responsibility:
· All sushi food products prepared in compliance under standardized recipes and portion volume
· Participate in the preparation of ingredients and menu items
· Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen equipment, storage and preparation areas, as well as the work surfaces according to the hygiene and cleanliness standards
· Know, master and apply the standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Pre-Requisites:
· Ability to perform manual labour for extended periods of time
· Ability to work unsupervised
· Able to work in a team environment
· Able to stand for extended periods of time

Responsibility:
· Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment, storage and preparation areas, as well as the work surfaces according to the current hygiene regulations.
· Know, master and apply the standards of hygiene and cleanliness
· Assist with the reception and storage of kitchen products
· Removes garbage and cardboard
· Dishwasher
Pre-Requisites:
· Knowledge of dish washing equipment an asset
· Ability to perform manual labour for extended periods of time
· Ability to work unsupervised
· Able to work in a team environment
