Job Description
- Assist to research new ideas for client events
- Assist to secure venues and source for event suppliers that are necessary for the event proposals
- Assist to sharpen event proposals and presentations
- Provide pre-event, onsite and post event operational support, including attending some client meetings when requires
- Manage some third party suppliers for events that you will support
- Powerpoint or Illustrator or Autocad skill(s) is a plus
