My Private Conference, a division of My Private Chef, focuses on thought leadership and knowledge sharing events for corporates and brands. Besides seamless event management, our experienced conference team will also assist in enhancing and managing the program, speaker or sponsor management, marketing, designs, registration and audience engagement.
We are looking for an intern that is interested in supporting both hospitality events and conferences. Below is the job description of the role.
a) Assist to secure and manage venues and canvass new event suppliers that are necessary for the event proposals
b) Support with design adaptation for some events, only for candidate with design software skills
c) Provide pre-event, onsite and post event operational support, including supporting some client management when required
d) Assist to research new ideas for client event proposals
Rest assured the workload will be managed to ensure the working hours are civil.
