- You will be Assisting in Driver Sign-Up and Engagement
- Learning and help out on planning deliveries, assigning deliveries to delivery agents.
- Assist in monitoring of Deliveries Performance and doing reports for presentation.
- Assist in Packing parcels for deliveries for warehouse customers
- Assist to prepare monthly report for Customer Service Performance Metrics
- Assist to check on Driver performance and Outsource spending
- Assist to paste car decals
- Any other admin work assigned
