Premier home medical services were started in 2003 with Mobiledoctor, Mobilenurse and soon after by Mobiletherapist. Mobiledoctor became the first licensed clinic to specialize only in home care in 2003 and provide 24 hour islandwide housecall services. MW Medical recognise right from the start that patients will only benefit from our care if the service is a 24 hour service to mimic the level of care in the hospitals.

Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Keep track of all staff’s leave applications
  • Registration of course and grants
  • Applications for permits and licenses
  • Identify data required for analysis of business and/or human resource issues
  • Processing part-time salary in a timely and accurate manner
  • Check that regulatory and ethical guidelines are followed when handling employee data
  • Conduct diagnostic analytics on HR data to identify causes of behaviours and performance
  • Filing of tax clearance (foreigner employees)
  • Handle employee’s queries
  • Gather feedback from employees to evaluate effectiveness of performance management programme
  • Assist in recruitment exercises, ranging from liaising with candidates, interview arrangement, on-boarding for new hires (when required)
  • Perform other general administrative/HR duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

  • Proactive, meticulous and organized, with positive can-do attitude
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • A team player and also able to work well independently with stakeholders
  • Preferred specializing in HRM, administrative support with 1-2 years working experience
