Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and personalised in-person, email and social media support in every interaction with drivers and riders
- Be passionate and knowledgeable when speaking about TADA
- Going beyond mere problem-solving to identify root causes and work with other members of the TADA team to make continuous improvements
