Confetti Marketing Pte Ltd – Affiliate Executive

Confetti is looking for an energetic and commercially minded Affiliate Executive. You will recruit new affiliates and creators, support them in creating better-performing videos and livestreams, and help turn affiliate activity into measurable GMV and commission growth.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys creator outreach, community building, social commerce, and performance-driven marketing. You will report directly to the Founder and work closely across our teams.

What you will do:

Affiliate recruitment

•    Source, research, and approach potential Shopee and TikTok affiliates.

•    Identify creators with strong potential based on content quality, audience fit, product categories, livestream ability, consistency, and commerce performance.

•    Conduct outreach through TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, creator communities, referrals, WhatsApp, email, events, and other relevant channels.

•    Help develop outreach templates, affiliate pitch decks, onboarding guides, FAQs, and recruitment campaigns.

Affiliate onboarding and support

•    Guide newly joined affiliates through the Shopee or TikTok onboarding process and help them understand available campaigns, products, commissions, and content requirements.

•    Encourage affiliates to publish consistently and participate in relevant Shopee and TikTok campaigns.

•    Follow up with inactive or low-activity affiliates and support them with practical activation plans.

•    Build positive day-to-day relationships with affiliates through WhatsApp groups, one-to-one follow-ups, training sessions, and community engagement.

Video and livestream growth

•    Support affiliates in improving their Shopee Video, TikTok video, and livestream performance.

•    Guide creators on basic content best practices, including stronger hooks, product demonstrations, storytelling, calls to action, product links, posting consistency, and content trends.

•    Help affiliates prepare for livestreams by supporting product selection, simple run-downs, promotional content, key selling points, and campaign requirements.

•    Coordinate with Confetti’s internal creative and livestream teams when selected affiliates require additional production, scripting, editing, or livestream support.

Requirements

•    1–3 years of experience in any of the following: influencer marketing, creator management, affiliate marketing, social commerce, e-commerce, livestream, community management, or business development.

•    Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop, creator content, affiliate marketing, or livestream selling is strongly preferred.

•    Comfortable with high-volume outreach, follow-ups, relationship building, and communicating with creators across different platforms.

•    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

•    Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple creators, campaigns, deadlines, and follow-ups at once.

•    Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.

•    Interest in short-form video, creator trends, livestreaming, e-commerce, and performance-driven content.
