During the internship, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and execute Motul’s Most Promising Programme (Management Trainee programme for both fresh graduates and graduates)
- Work alongside the HR team to source and attract top talent across various functions
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand business and hiring needs
- Create job descriptions that is in line with the Motul branding and tonality
- Identify innovative sourcing channels to bolster the recruitment strategy
- Support the Regional team with multiple initiatives ranging from HR operational efficiency to employee experience
- Facilitate in the planning and execution of capability building programmes
