We are looking for an individual who is driven and passionate in being innovative to come on a 6-month journey with us where you will be given the opportunity to contribute and look beyond your daily work responsibilities and make an impact on the people around us, the community and the environment. In addition, you will learn from a highly energetic team where your teammates, Manager and the Senior Leaders will provide you with opportunities to accelerate your learning (skills and competencies) and push your limits.

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute Motul’s Most Promising Programme (Management Trainee programme for both fresh graduates and graduates)
  • Work alongside the HR team to source and attract top talent across various functions
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand business and hiring needs
  • Create job descriptions that is in line with the Motul branding and tonality
  • Identify innovative sourcing channels to bolster the recruitment strategy
  • Support the Regional team with multiple initiatives ranging from HR operational efficiency to employee experience
  • Facilitate in the planning and execution of capability building programmes
