We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join us as Accounting Interns. This position is open to students who are currently studying in Polytechnics or Universities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Accounts receivables (AR) and Accounts payable (AP).
• Post journal entries to maintain General Ledger (GL)
•  Maintaining an accurate and complete financial record.
• Reconcile daily bank transactions 
• Perform credit checks.
• Assist with filings to keep all records properly.
• Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Finance/Accounting tertiary or university education.
•  Meticulous in handling sensitive information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Motivated to take on new challenges with strong desire to learn more about accounting and office operation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Learning Outcomes:

• You will gain exposure in handling the AP, AR and GL functions, as well as managing efficiency in debit and credit.
• You will learn about the importance of AR ageing and its effects on cashflow.
• You will gain experience in administering monthly payroll
