Job Description

Reports to: HR Business Partner

Looking for: Interns for Dec 2023/ start-2024 (candidate's availability to be stated upon application)

Duration: at least 3 months

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the recruitment process for candidate selection through posting job advertisements, sharing of CVs with hiring managers, interview coordination with hiring managers and candidates
  • Contribute to building recruitment database for effective record keeping and sharing of CVs with hiring managers
  • Execution of hiring interns with the preparation of internship offers, liaising with school career offices, and onboarding preparation
  • Manage and execute government grants' applications, documentation, and claim submission
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting for Payroll, Headcounts, Hiring status reporting, and Government statutory manpower surveys
  • Analyze and evaluate hiring and staff trends for HR data reporting
  • Execute digitalization of physical HR record filing in the HR cloud drive
  • Maintain and update HR personnel file records with high accuracy
  • Research and assist in the alignment of HR processes and policy handbook
  • Consolidate and compile monthly training records of employees and assist in the coordination of training
  • Maintain and update HR onboarding materials, company organization chart, and employee directory with high accuracy
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly HR posting on special events
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned
