Processing of orders from website
Data Entry work
Handling of customers enquiries from the phone, email, whatsapp or on social media
Coordinating with the delivery and logistics team to ensure that customers requests are met
Service recovery for customers
Other admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Good attitude in learning
- IT savvy
- Working hours (shift duties - morning, noon and night) - very dependable on individuals
- 5 days work week (OT provided if required to work longer!)
