- Job Description
- Oversee & provide legal guidance to the product development
- Provide useful legal information and knowledge learned from previous work and help to improve our product
- Responsible for developing customer resources and expanding customer resources through telephone, WeChat, email, etc.;
- Analyze customer needs and customize personalized service plans for them; and perform implementation and landing services according to the situation of each area
- Design an interview or survey kit for future customers. This allows us to understand exactly the right metrics and motivation for that use case
- Assist the team on mobile app process, app policy improvements, system development and in prepare implementation and product launching
