Established in 2016, Montgomery Asia is a fully-owned subsidiary of Montgomery Group. It focuses on the growing Asian market, bringing the group’s flagship events as well as developing new trade shows that meet the needs of the fast-growing region.
We are the organiser of 2 F&B trade shows – Speciality & Fine Food Asia and Restaurant, Pub & Bar Asia – to be held at Suntec Singapore on 17-19 July 2019. Both shows are catered to trade buyers from foodservice, hospitality, retail, wholesale & distribution sectors across Southeast Asia.
We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team as we gear up for the 3rd edition of our trade shows - Speciality & Fine Food Asia and Restaurant, Pub & Bar Asia!
The role provides excellent hands-on experience and exposure to the fast-paced and dynamic exhibition industry and offers a sneak peek into the world of fine food and drink at the same time. The person will support the Marketing team in the following areas;
•Development of marketing materials
•Regular updates of the 2 event websites
•Database cleansing, management, segmentation and analytics
•Tracking and monitoring of SEM and other digital campaigns
•Assist with third party online Registration and Business Matching platform
•Liaison with vendors, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and VIPs to ensure all committed deliverables are met
•Onsite marketing support during the show days on 17-19 July 2019
•General admin support and any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
•Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
•Good working knowledge of MS Office, WordPress, Illustrator and/or Photoshop. Experience in multimedia content production and video production is advantageous
•Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
