MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. is a company listed on the Singapore Exchange since 2013. The Group is a leading financial services provider, retailer and trader of luxury products in Southeast Asia. The Group provides both pawnbroking services as well as secured financing services. From its first store in Singapore in 2008, the Group has expanded to over 90 stores in both Singapore and Malaysia, making it one of the largest pawnbroking chains in the region. 

Job Responsibilities

• Respond and resolve Level 1 support requests via email, phone, or ticketing system (Managed Engine).
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues with:
  • Desktops, laptops and printers
  • Operating systems (Windows/macOS)
  • Basic software and applications installation (e.g., MS Office, browsers, etc)
• Set up and configure user workstations and mobile devices.
• Assist in recording and managing incidents and service requests using the ticketing system (Managed Engine)
• Assist in IT asset management and inventory updates.

Requirements:

• Possess or currently undertaking a Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and common software applications.
• Familiarity with hardware components (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
