Molecular Pte.Ltd. – Operations Assistant

We are a global provider of DNA test services and customized skincare and vitamin products based on DNA analysis. 

An Operations Assistant is needed to help support our growing business as we expand into overseas markets. Will assist in the daily operations which include order fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and customer service. Will interact with operations and logistic team to coordinate pickups and deliveries, shipping and receiving, and handle customer service requests. Reports to the Operations Manager. May attend weekly meetings with department heads and prepare reports for finance and business development on operational activities. Oversee the updating of content on the company website, manage the online ordering back-end and interact with the IT team on the delivery of customer's data.
