Purchaser Cum Sales Coordinator - 3 Month Contract

• Make Sales Quotations and delivery arrangements
• Email correspondence for spares and equipment orders & coordination with customers
• Liaise with customer for prompt supply of Vessel' stores and spares
• Handle purchasing activities as well as arranging for surveys and Inspections for Vessel
• Send enquiry / requisitions to suppliers for quotation
• Prepare purchase order and delivery order, etc...
• Liaise with agents and ships for supply of spare parts and stores to vessel at convenient ports

Requirements:

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field / Ship supplied.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to converse in fluent English
