• Establish and maintain merchants’ relationships via outreach and pitching.
• To assist to upload and ensure the quality of the online content.
• To provide support to both customers and merchant to ensure the high satisfaction when using Modestyle.com services
• Train the merchants to familiarize them with the website
• Ensure timely and correct delivery of merchandise through consistent communication and follow-up with the merchants, warehouse and buying team.
• Follow up on defective or poor quality merchandise with merchants
• Follow up with merchants and studio on production services to deliver the best experience to merchants
Requirements:
