Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and managing communities related to Roblox UGC games (Discord, Reddit, Roblox Groups, etc.)
• Maintain community order, moderate discussions, and collect player feedback and suggestions
• Support the planning and execution of community activities, including polls, UGC events, update announcements, and AMAs
• Track game updates and organize key information to communicate clearly with the community
• Assist with content publishing, community announcements, and FAQ maintenance
• Monitor community sentiment and public opinion trends, and provide timely feedback to the operations and product teams

Job Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience playing Roblox games (mandatory)
• Familiar with mainstream Roblox UGC game genres, such as Simulator, RNG, PvP, Obby, IO, etc.
• Strong understanding of Roblox player culture, memes, and current trends
• Heavy user or experienced manager of Discord and/or Reddit communities
• Prior experience as a Moderator, Admin, or core community member is a strong plus
• Good English reading and writing skills, capable of basic community communication in English
• Passionate about UGC games, player ecosystems, and community culture
• Patient and willing to communicate with players, explain issues, and help de-escalate emotions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in written Chinese for work-related communication
• Experience participating in Roblox game testing, beta testing, or community co-creation
• Background as a Roblox developer or UGC creator
•  Familiarity with content ecosystems on Twitter (X), TikTok, or YouTube
• Understanding of overseas player community rules and common conflict-handling practices
