JOB SCOPE:

• Assisting in sales and achieving goal objectives by selling current and new product

• Promoting the professional image of MOBOT and ensuring that customer satisfaction standards are achieved and maintained

• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Updating documents and sales records

• Attending and participating in events and exhibitions

• Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions

• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining all types of bicycles

• Working with the Senior Bicycle Mechanics to organize and plan your day based on the return date for each bicycle

• Contacting customers via phone to report any damage, recommend additional work and keep in touch with bicycle progress or delays
