MobiPetz Pte Ltd – Operations Executive

MobiPetz is a mobile first app bringing integrated pet care services to singapore including pet wellness , pet nutrition , pet gourmet , pet grooming , pet boarding and more. The app will make it easy for pet parents to search book and pay for licensed and certified pet care service providers. The app will also have delivery for wellness, nutrition and gourmet pet products. The app will be launched at pet expo singapore during 14-16 April 2023.

We need an e commerce, marketing, and customer support operations executive.
The key responsibilities will include:
1. Helping all customers and suppliers are set up on the company application
2. Day to day management and update of customer related orders including but not limited to managing and responding to customer and supplier orders, queries, questions, concerns and / or complaints.
2. Tracking and updating to stock availability for marketplace suppliers.
2. Maintaining robust data of customer and supplier information for the company
3. Supporting marketing initiatives and events
4. Working closely with company management on reducing and responding to customer and supplier issues.
