Mixcart – eCommerce Executive

• Prepare and upload product listing and creative assets for various e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10 and Carousell.
• Maintain and ensure product information such as pricing, inventory etc. are up-to-date
• Make sure promotional activities are properly executed and communicated in various platforms
• Liaison with e-commerce partners for potential marketing opportunities
• Conduct market research and develop product to sell. Work with our suppliers network to manage the procurement process.
• Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes.
• Create sales orders and responsible for customer service enquiries / chat responses
• Other day-to-day operation / customer service / logistics-related matters in regards to running an e-commerce business
• Assist in ad hoc and assigned task

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder. Fresh graduate from University are welcome to apply.
• Good team player and excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to execute according to timelines, standards and budget, meticulous with an eye for details.
• Enthusiastic, independent, energetic, creative and able to work under pressure.
• 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
