Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department with entry-level tasks related to HR administration, recruitment support, and employee engagement activities. This role is designed to provide foundational HR experience, helping the intern develop basic HR skills and an understanding of HR operations.

 Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Assistance:

  • Help in posting job vacancies on various platforms.
  • Assist in initial resume screening and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.

HR Administrative Support:

  • Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and
  • offer letters.
  • Organize and file HR documents and records.

Employee Onboarding Support:

  • Assist in preparing onboarding materials for new employees.
  • Help with the scheduling of orientation sessions and other onboarding activities.

Employee Engagement Activities:

  • Provide support in organizing and executing employee events and activities.
  • Assist in gathering employee feedback through surveys.

General Office Support:

  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
  • Assist the HR team with any ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

1) Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2) Skills:

  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
