Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd – Business Development Intern (IT Staff Augmentation)

The company, established in 1991, serves a top-tier Fortune 1000 clientele, start-ups, leading universities, and government entities around the globe. 

Responsibilities:

– Support in planning, executing and pivoting growth experiments with new business models in an IT MNC (especially Staff Augmentation / Professional Services field)

– To do experimentation of new business models

– Promoting sign ups through professional communications with individuals/corporations through various channels, including phone, email, chat and text

– Collaborate cross-functionally (strategy, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:

– A committed team player, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision

– Positive attitude and willingness to learn

– Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

– Sales experience in any industry is a not a mandatory requirement, but a plus

Duration: 5-6 months internship, potentially convertible to employment
