MindChamps is seeking a Temporary Project Assistant to support a longitudinal graduate study project focused on understanding the long-term impact of MindChamps pedagogy.

The role will support alumni data collection, outreach coordination, research administration, and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and maintain alumni contact databases 
• Support outreach to graduates and parents via email/phone 
• Track responses and update Excel spreadsheets 
• Assist with survey administration and interview coordination 
• Conduct basic research and data gathering 
• Organise project documents and reporting updates
