Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyse existing student management systems and workflows
- Gather and document system requirements from stakeholders
- Assist in designing relational database structures (tables, relationships, normalization)
- Support development of a web-based system (forms, dashboards, reporting features)
- Perform data cleaning, migration, and validation
- Conduct system testing and identify bugs or improvements
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Provide support during system deployment and staff training
Learning Outcomes
- End-to-end system development lifecycle exposure
- Hands-on experience in database design and system architecture
- Practical experience in data migration, testing, and deployment
- Exposure to real-world operational and business requirements
