Responsibilities
● Assist with onboarding and platform maintenance of clients
● Assist with the collaboration across departments to deliver business value and assist with the coordination of Product Development Projects
● Assist with the articulation and documentation of business requirements
● Work closely with Product and Engineering Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined
● Participate in product quality assurance to identify and triage bugs
