- Assist in handling paperwork and documentation for the Projects and Design Team
- Support in filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist in preparing quotations, reports, and project-related documents
- Coordinate and follow up on internal paperwork and approvals
- Maintain proper records and data entry
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Support the team with general administrative duties
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
